Story
Purpose
This Project is about improving the overall safety and conduciveness of both customers and workers inside tech shops like challenger using IoTs as a solution.
Research
We chose tech shops as our target of improvement as we went around to scout for shops facing problems or being inefficient and we found that challenger was one of those shops. It faces inefficient stock control where the workers take a lot of time to do the closing and opening of such stores. There are also many cases of the display set items being stolen and in Singapore where hot weather is prevalent, the workers may be more fatigued due to the temperature of the store and how hot and humid they feel inside the store. Although they can adjust the temperature it is better for them to be focusing on the customers and not worry about the other menial things to keep being at their best performance.
